Request to Recover My Original EA Account and Apex Legends Progressc

Hello EA Support,

I need help recovering my original EA account and my Apex Legends progress.

I originally played Apex Legends extensively between 2020 and 2022, and I also played again in 2024. However, when I logged into Apex Legends in 2025, I suddenly found that my account had become a completely new Level 1 account, with all of my previous progress and content missing.

Recently, I have been trying to recover my original account, but no matter whether I log in through the EA app or through Steam, I am taken to the same new account.

There are several things that make me believe this is not my original EA account:

My Apex Legends progress has disappeared and the account is Level 1.

Games that I previously purchased on my EA account are no longer in my library.

My previous EA friends list is completely missing.

The EA account currently shows a creation date in 2025, which cannot be correct because I was already playing Apex Legends on this account between 2020 and 2022 and again in 2024.

Because of this, I suspect that my original EA account may have been compromised, had its email address changed, or my Steam account may have been unlinked from the original EA account and linked to a newly created EA account in 2025.

Could you please help me locate and recover my original EA account?

If possible, please check my historical account information, including my previous EA ID/email address, Steam account connection history, purchase history, and Apex Legends activity before 2025.

I would like to recover access to the original EA account that contains my previous games, friends, purchases, and Apex Legends progress, rather than transfer the progress to this new account.

I can provide my Steam ID, previous EA ID, email addresses I may have used, purchase receipts, screenshots, and any other information required to verify ownership of the original account.
