I had recently logged onto my account and my skins and characters have been reseted. PLEASE FIX THIX

    rjonmobile​ Are you signing into the correct EA Account, (or platform account that is linked to the correct EA Account)?

    Note: If you had unlinked a platform account from your EA Account, that can cause a loss of your Apex progress and data since that is stored on the EA Account.
