"Resolving Cross-Platform Progression Issues: Retrieving Missing Skins on PS4"

I experienced a crossover progression issue between PC and PS4, where i didn't receive skins from your PSN account, only retaining PC rewards. Your DLC purchases on PSN were preserved, along with platinum badges, but not other season skins.  how can retrieve the missing skins?

    @karpioBze 

    Whenever an account is unlinked, it will result in the loss of game progress. Re-linking to the original account can often restore that progress, but it's not a guarantee unfortunately.

    If this is not the original account your PSN was linked to, you'll need to try re-linking to the original account. If this is the original account and you're still missing progress after re-linking, unfortunately there wouldn't be any other option to try restoring that progress here.

    Hey @karpioBze,

    I see the PSN account currently linked to this EA account was previously linked to a different EA account. 

    Was that unlinked at some point? When did you notice the missing items?

    The PSN EA account was disconnected from the former [edit: email address removed] and linked to a different email address when it was hacked by [edit: email address removed]. It took me several months to regain control and relink it to the original EA account, mentioned earlier. Fortunately, I managed to retain my Apex coins, DLCs, and badges, although I lost the skins. Since then, I've reinforced my security measures to prevent any future hacks. I was wondering if I will be able to get any of those rewards back?

    @EA_Mako The account became unlinked, resulting in the inability to load it on PSN. After managing to relink it, I noticed the presence of Apex coins, skins, and badges on PSN, along with cross-progression loading. However, while my PSN and PC Steam accounts were linked, I could only see skins from the Steam account.

    I've successfully relinked to the original PSN account as it was before it became unlinked. I appreciate your assistance. Unfortunately, I understand that what was lost may not be recoverable, including the time and effort invested in playing the game I love. Thank you for your prompt response and helpfulness.
