RX 5600 XT Bad Performance during match

So this have been a real journey.

I bought this RX 5600 XT about a month ago, It works as expected in every other game but Apex just not.

In Firing Range It works as expected, I play with low graphics at 1080p 144hz, the card Is More than capable enough! In Firing Range it runs up to ~200fps with this settings.

BUT thats not the case during a match (or even lobby), during a match it never reaches 144fps, just don't, also never uses more than 60% of the GPU (CPU is good, chilling around ~30 to 50%, R5 2600)

During a match it usually goes around 110fps (with a RX 570 has the same Performance, but More stable) but with stutters sometimes and A LOT of framedrops, It doesn't matter what am I doing, It suddenly does to 80fps! 

Hoping anyone can help ☹️ I'm tired of this.

I've tried so many things but nothing works.

(Fresh Windows install, all up to date, drivers updated, tried older drivers, overclocking, undervolting, reparing game, reinstalling the game in Origin and Steam, using the launch commands, an autoexec file, upgraded my psu, tweaked ram frecs, lowest game settings, highest game settings, upscaling, playing in another screen at 4k to increasr GPU load, played It from a HDD and a SSD, ...)
