RX580 not using full Power in Apex (fps lags)

Hi, ive got a new   GIGABYTE RX580 8GB and a Ryzen 5 2600.

Apex Legendsbjust uses half of my GPU (80-144fps) jdepends on how much  % power is used (10-99 %) MAX 80-100 W.

In Benchmarks im getting good results and my GPU using full power(145w).

Changing Ingame Settings doenst change anything, on 1080p everything on high apex used maybe 60 % power resulting in always bad fps

"EnableULSP" deactivated
Updated drivers
Updated Bios

Reinstalled Windows
GPU worked on a testsystem ( not in apex but Benchmark's)
Set Windows to ultimative power @ energyoptions

Set the Powerlimit in AMD Wattmann up to 50%
Bought a new CPU because i thought my ryzen 3 1200 bottlenecked my rx580.. same results with my new cpu ☹️

ive seen some guys with the same GPU by GIGABYTE having the same issue !

PC SPECS:

Gigabyte RX580 8GB (3 days   old)
Ryzen 5 2600

8GB DDr-4 Ram 2133 MHZ ( I know not the best but thats an other topic)
ASUS B350 PLUS

Intenso 128 GB SSD

500 W Powersupply

  • having the same issue with rtx 2080, it uses only 50% of available power with drops to 12-20% so the core clock drops from 1950 to 600 mhz sometimes.

in other games everything goes smootly and gpu uses a much more power up to 130%. power management profile set to high even specificaly for the game, but no effort.

issue came after the season 1 update, before that i had 200-300+ fps with stable and smooth picture

  • Only 500watt power supply with that kind of hungry amd devices? I would go for 750watt psu..

For this moment the apex game is capped for some reason at 144fps (bug) but it can go lower due to bad server or connectivity issues.. So if the game is not utilizing the full of the power of ur cpu/gpu the power draw will not be maxed

    Hey profdrkalou08, i have the similar problem with rx570 4gb + r5 2600 PC, 60Hz monitor.
in very low settings,  my GPU (40-120fps) jdepends on how much  % power is used (1-99 %) MAX 100 W, benchmark is fine using full power 150w.
The funny thing is, 2 days ago, i play apex with full load GPU and feel smooth (70-130 fps).
The problem appear right after update Windows 10, version 1809 amd64 2019-03.
