Same EA account, Steam linked, Apex profile gone after Season17 Arsenal

My Steam account has ALWAYS been linked to this exact EA account. I have NO other EA accounts, I never manually unlinked / relinked Steam on EA account settings page.

I played Apex up until shortly after Season17 Arsenal (Ballistic legend released May 2023), then I quit the game. My old account level was not very high, I cannot remember the exact number. I purchased multiple battle passes on this profile.

When I returned in August 2025, launching Apex brings up a brand‑new level‑5 empty profile. All my old skins, battle‑pass rewards and progression are completely gone.

Two different EA live‑chat agents gave me conflicting conclusions:
1. First agent Sahil noticed that the current Steam‑EA binding database entry was regenerated at a later date, insisting I must have unlinked and re‑linked Steam in the past, which I never did.
2. Second agent Sanyam confirmed my Steam has been connected for a long time, and filed a bug report for backend investigation.

Important note:
I am NOT asking to transfer progress between two different EA accounts. My Steam never went to another EA email. I only hope my original Apex profile can be restored back inside THIS EA account

I only own this single EA account.
As shown in my screenshots, this account is linked to my Steam library, with games I purchased long ago including Titanfall, Battlefield and It Takes Two. Even though EA App shows zero play‑time for these Steam‑owned titles, achievements and screenshots are synced normally to this very EA account.

I always launched Apex Legends via Steam instead of inside Origin / EA App, which is why your backend lacks old launch logs. But the 2021‑07‑29 Apex cloud‑save visible in EA App belongs to this same account. There is no other EA account I have ever used. Please check the cloud save data for this account.

Please look at my attached screenshot from the EA App itself.
Inside the Apex Legends cloud‑sync pop‑up, it clearly shows there is an EA cloud save on EA servers dated **July 29, 2021**. This cloud save belongs to the EA account I am currently signed into.

I understand from your side that my account shows no gameplay history before Season 17. But the EA App is reading a genuine 2021 cloud save stored on EA’s servers for this exact account.
It seems my account’s gameplay / battle‑pass history may be missing on your backend, while my actual cloud save file still exists.

Could your support team please check the cloud‑save storage backend for this EA account, instead of only checking the season‑login statistics? That 2021 save is my original account progress.

    Hey AshfiSHA,

We are not able to make any changes or discuss the full details of your account here on the forums, I'm afraid. If you're already in contact with support, continuing to work with them to check for any other potential account information or connections would be best.

From what little I'm able to see here, the account you're posting with hadn't even launched Apex until well after Season 17, nor does it have any sign of battle passes from seasons up to that point at all. I understand you're saying you don't have another account, but do you have any other email addresses at all? If it's possible one may have been used in the past and you no longer have access, it would be worth checking that email or having support help verify and update the account if it's one you no longer have access to.
