Community AdminHey guys, we just wanted to create this thread to gather info and feedback on any patching issues you may experience with the transition into Season 13.
If you do have issues:
1. This can be reproduced at randomly time. You can run the match and game will be dropped after 2-30 minutes. Or you can play over 1 hour and it's working fine.
2. Ranked + Unranked.
3. StormPoint + Olympus. I don't playa at Worlds Edge.
4. Nope.
5. Graphics card - I tried playing with GeForce 3050 and Geforce 3060Ti. I see the same numbers of errors. Also I tried to play with 3 versions of video drivers - latest(512.95) and 2 versions earlier.
6. Windows 10 Pro 21H2 on SSD 860 PRO with Intel 11600KF (Boosting disabled) + 16GB A-DATA XPG DDR4 3200 (XMP Enabled) + 3060Ti 8 Gb + Power Supply BeQuiet 11CM 600W + 165Hz 2k monitor.
For me, DXGI errors were showing up on Storm Point, when one of the final rings was in the Barometer area (Round 3 Closing or further).
1. At least every 3 matches (that meet the conditions above) [after ~30 minutes of gameplay too? uncertain]

4. Steam Overlay, not tested without

I used to have the HUNGx error, now my PC literally crashes and freezes my entire desktop !

Game is still unplayable. I lost the count of how many times I replayed to this thread with proof images... Apparently it is useless.
FOR PEOPLE WITH HUNG_ERROR :
-Go into your steam Apex Folder
- Select "r5apex" and go to properties
- Go to compatibility and select "Always run as Administrator"
After countless nights of trying things out, this small thing finally stopped my game to crash ! ! !
What if I'm using Apex from Origin rather STEAM?
Tried it. Did non steam the same way, does not work. Played 2 games and the same thing happened. Device hung final ring while fighting for first place. lol
Another update: I have had a few games crash repeatedly. One game I crashed twice in a row. I just had a game with three consecutive crashes as the ring was coming in. Teammate crashed twice in a row as the next ring was coming in. My third crash was a new error code.
New update June 7th, 2022. PS5 user. Game frozen and crashed in the middle of a fight. Sent report loaded back up. Got error code snake for forfeited match which was not what happened. Caustic cyber sludge skin still bugged and the alternative recolor skins for ps5 version of the app for Caustic can't be favorited with certain skins like cyber sludge and more. Certain ps plus skins not showing up on PS5 version of game compared to PS4 version.
