Server connection is just not stable

I’ve been playing all day today and it’s been constantly 200-300 ping with large spikes in packet loss. It’s been like that all day today and some of last week since I didn’t play all weekend. I’ve ruled out my ISP, and PC hardware. Router and such too. I even got a new network switch just in case.

The servers right now are just not stable and hotelier feels like just a constant DDOS attach is happening. I shouldn’t have 300+ ping on my home servers.

Got a really good clip of this, actually.
I usually play East Coast servers, so I switched to Central to see if that helped. It's just barely worse than the East Coast servers for me.
