Severe crashing

Every time I try to play it crashes like a unplayable amount it Freezes for a while then dashboard me I've reset the whole console ran a power cycle change my Internet connection cleared my cache i have a cooling attachment so its not overheating and it only happens on apex no other game crashes I'm on a series s
