Shadow banned

Hey my gamer tag on apex is s0cia1_anxi8tyTV and I really enjoy the game but there is one bro Len I think me and my friend have gotten shadow banned every time we play together it’s hackers and ores lobbies WE ARE NOT THAT SKILL LEVEL! But when I play by myself it isn’t the same it’s more casual we can not enjoy the game because we go up against people that don’t miss ! I just want to be able to enjoy the game again like season 1 please help me

Hi, I tried to follow the links, but get a "page not found". I think I may be Showband because I go up against a lot of Masters and cheaters. I've been playing since season 1 and never cheated and only once accidentally found an exploit in season 3 (I think) where I fired a weapon while downed. I'm a little slower than the young guys (I'm in my 50's), but can hold my own... but Season 13 was so bad for cheaters. But friends of mine say as soon as they join me, there's masters, preds and cheaters. I rarely play Ranked, but managed to get Plat once, but tired of other players with Aim assist.... I try and use the "no console" option.... and even though I still come up against guys on PC with controllers and therefore freaken Aim assist, maybe that's considered an exploit?

Yeah, sorry, I haven't been banned, but wondered if I've been relegated to a cheaters lobby. when I go to the page:

and click on the Contact us page

I get "Page not Found".... maybe because I have not "officially" been banned.... maybe I'll wait until there's a chat so I can talk to someone live.

Yea thats wierd, but if you click on the link above again and (on mobile) press the head with a headset on outlined in orange, it then lists your cases, with a "contact us" button then just below.
