Should I have an heirloom by now?

I played the game for years from launch and then stopped in around 2022 and now I've started playing it again and have heard that you're garunteed an heirloom at level 500. I'm level 400 but I remember when there was only a maximum of 100 levels for like a year so I would probably have gone way past 500 by now as I was on 100 for a long time. Also I feel like I've opened way more than 500 packs by now.

Not sure if this is actually possible to fix but I was just wondering.

Levels have nothing to do with the free shards, its as you mention at the end of you post, the granting of shards is guranteed and automatic on the opening of the 500th pack.

Its likely that you have made a miscalculation on the Apex pack count, and/or included packs that don't count.

I keep a manual count on a note on my phone, currently 210 of the 500.
