Since the newest update I haven’t been able to get into a game.

I updated the game to the newest update, and I can get I to the game perfectly fine. I can go into the store, edit my character banners but I click to load into any of the game modes and when I get launched Into a game it sends me to the main menu. Sometimes it shows up an error code. “Error code:truck” not sure what that means but ive tried everything. Deleting the game. Reinstalling, verifying game files. Updating my driver, force download the anti cheats. Nothing. No idea how this update broke the matchmaking for SOME players. My sister plays on pc too, no issues. She plays on pc and I have a gaming laptop. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but I am stomped. Any tips? I’ll try literally anything I haven’t already.

We're rolling out fixes for this code:truck error now, so depending on your platform you should see improvement next time you're able to get back in-game. Thanks for the patience while we were checking into this and let us know how things look when you've had a chance to play!

🟢FIX ROLLING OUT:
We have pushed a fix for players encountering code:truck error screens that will be rolling out over the next week.
This solve is now live on Steam, and we are expecting it to hit EA App tomorrow afternoon, and consoles Wednesday next week.

Im having the exact same problem, I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I even got the latest windows update snd still nothing I’m so annoyed dude😭✌️

Hey moggyru,

We're currently looking into the reports of issues syncing or logging in, often showing up as code:truck. This has cleared up for some, but it definitely looks like that's sticking around a bit longer for others still.

If you haven't already, it may be worth logging out of Steam/EA app (not just closing or restarting them) and back in to try resyncing your sessions. That's helped in a few cases, however in this situation if you're still seeing the same issue afterwards please hang tight while we're investigating.

We'll update as soon as we have any other details, thanks for the patience while we're working to get this cleared up.
