So when am I getting my damn account stats and items back?!

What's good peeps , I've noticed that many people have had their accounts reinstated after them being reset, but it's been three days and my account is still having issues. I've tried emailing EA twice, but each time they close my cases and won't let me reopen them. It's getting to the point where it's almost comical—imagine paying money for a game, only to have it reset and then being blatantly ignored by the publisher.

I'm still waiting on MY account with cosmetics I bought with MY money if this * wont get fixed then Respawn has really fell off since Titanfall 2

  • @shanxiiii I'm currently still having the same issue that you are having were my account is completely reset back to level 1 with no stats, skins or rank.

    If it helps I spoke to Community Manager Mako on Wednesday were they said that they are aware of a small number of accounts that are still heavily affected by the data loss and are investigating but they didn't have a clear timeline on when they will be able to give any updates.

  • Yeah well, we'll wait and see but I have little faith on anything happening.

  • @UKGC1 Imagine being me getting an email from EA saying they fixed the issue with my account and thanking me for my patience for me to find out im still missing all my stuff
  • I spoke to Mako and they restored my account back to 02/04/2024 so I only lost all of the progress I had made on that day which I was fine to accept. I would just ask if it is possible to do the same for your accounts.

  • I am also still having the issue, they have now removed the option for opening a case through support for this issue. Where did you contact Mako?

    Considering the above that someone spoke to you, could you help me as well? My account is reset to level 1 and I have lost literally EVERYTHING. All of my heirlooms, progression, levels, champion unlocks (I only have those that comes with level 1), skins... EVERYTHING.

    I have been waiting for a week and still there is no fix for my account. I have been playing since Closed Beta and have spent countless money in this game. I really hope you guys give me back my PAID heirlooms, skins, packs, etc.
