Spark Bonus Meter

I opened the 8 packs from the battle pass and i didnt get any progression on the bar for the rewards (actually there was no bar on day one it just showed the pack menu only). I do not know and im not sure what packs count because its kind of unclear on how you have it explained (for me at least) and i want to know what will happen with the progression bars that didnt move during pack openings in the future. Are we gonna get compensated in any way?Im asking because I opened 8 packs and literally got no progress on my bar (even for the single legendary pack that battle pass premium gives you). Also i wanted to point out that by the time that i opened those 8 packs the spark meter was announced and i was curious wh i couldnt find it anywhere.

And where is the refund of the packs that were already opened before it got "activated" ... the thing is, that the Info box about that mechanic was already in, so alot of players thought it would work already (as it supposed to, at launch)

So right after new season dropped, i saw new feature and decided to try it out. It said if you open 10 apex pack you will get 1 Escape Retro pack. I looked at my list of apex packs(62~ at that moment) an i all of them had Spark Bonus logo which meant i will get progression. I opened 1 Void Mercenary, 2 Legendary Apex and 1 Epic Apex packs and the progression stayed at 0/10. Adding to that, the bar disappeared completely. And only after i relaunched the game i could see the progression of Spark Bonus and it stayed the same to this day at 0/10. But when i tried to open today an Rare apex pack i finally got progression of 1/10. Can i get my progression back?

I recently reached the end of the Spark Bonus meter, but I wasn't given the bonus pack at the end, it just came to an error screen (forgot to take a screenshot of it).

Any chance of getting that extra pack?
