fyate7 I'm not sure how Battlefield 1 saves its it data, but I'm guessing Battlefield 1 saves its progress and data locally if the DLCs are still working, (or it could just be that Battlefield 1 wasn't affected at all).
As for Apex, if you are using the correct EA Account, it sounds like you did unlinked your Steam Account at one point, (which would had caused the issue).
Even though Steam can validate the DLCs from their side, sometimes the relinked EA Account is unable to re-verify the DLCs from its side, (which would explain the syncing issue as well), so that isn't something that Steam Support could fix either, (especially when your Apex progress and data is stored on the original EA Account).
In terms of contacting an EA Senior Advisor, that would be done through EA Help.
Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn, so I am unable to handle EA Account related issues.
Midnight9746 I contacted EA Help again as you suggested. I provided both Steam's official confirmation and the case history. However, the agent said they "dont have the ability to grant items" and could only file a bug report for the development team.
This is very frustrating because Steam has confirmed twice that the licenses are valid. The EA agent acknowledged the sync-error but refused to escalate it to a Senior Advisor for a manual grant, saying it's out of their control.
Since the standard "EA Help" path is stuck in a loop of bug reports that never get fixed, is there any other way to get a Community Manager's attention here on the forums? Can someone from the EA team manually check? I have the proofs ready.
