Steam linked to the wrong EA account

So now that Apex cross-progression is finally here, I wanted to double check everything to make sure things were linked properly. Come to find out my Steam is linked to the wrong EA account than my Xbox account (which has all of my Apex Legends progress.) When I try to unlink my steam account from the second EA account, it just doesn't let me (I click unlink and it does absolutely nothing.) Is there any way for me to unlink my Steam from the second EA account and link it to the proper one (the one that has my Xbox progress.) Or is there a way for me to link my Xbox account to the EA account that has Steam linked, and merge all of my progress that way. I absolutely do NOT want to lose any of my Xbox progress (stats, cosmetics, heirlooms, etc)
