Another update, another false sense of security as the game played fine for 1 day before the problem rises from the grave yet again and ruins my early game.
I have a feeling that it has something to do with my Wifi card. I know that because of the quarantine the servers might be under a heavier load but it works fine on my laptop so obviously that isn't my issue here. I can only chalk up so many problems to server load.
Changes are, it's a server-side issue. Since the last patch there's been a large uptick in people reporting lag, latency, rubber banding, packet loss and prediction errors. You could do more harm to your PC than good. Some people are buying new hardware. Try to hold off; I'm 100% sure it's an EA/Apex issue. Especially when you can play any other MP game and not have any issue. Process of elimination.
hence why im reluctant to do anything drastic, i already knew it was a problem between my computer's connection and the EA servers, i just don't know whether the problem stems from my wifi card or their servers
Ok EA. The Old Ways event update came along and the problem went away. Then today, there was another update for the game which I assume are some bugfixes like the cooldown bug with mirage. But this update has now reintroduced the problem. PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, AT LEAST TELL ME WHAT MIGHT BE ACTUALLY GOING ON SO I DON'T HAVE TO LAND IN THE BACK ENDS OF THE MAP TO EVEN BE ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME. THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED 3 TIMES, AND 3 TIMES IT HAS JUST COME BACK AGAIN. I'M SICK OF THIS.
