Stuck in lobby menu and credits (wallet) won’t load

I have been stuck on the same lobby screen every time I log into apex legends, my character is like static moving every 3 seconds, with my credits and all that loading, I also can’t access any of the...

If you're still getting stuck in lobby, could you please answer the following so we can investigate it further: 

  • Region you play from
  • Internet provider/internet speed
  • Platform you playing on.
