Stuttering issues after genesis update

The game has become impossible to play as it sttuters even on champion screem. I skip frames in fights. Cant even play arenas. I am on origin. I repaired the game with lastest nvidia drivers. Sea...

For me updating the windows version from 1903 to 20h2 resolved the problem.

Looking at the parch notes message by Respawn I didn't see anything there to convince me they were any meaningful fixes we have all been waiting for.They look like a few mere bug fixes on skins & heirlooms.& a mention about 'miscellaneous stability fixes' which could mean anything (or nothing).Having played two games of BR Trios (& two games were more than enough) I can safely say whatever stability fixes were claimed to have been fixed didn't amount to a baked bean let alone a tin of beans (oh & the lag spikes & stuttering are still there).
