suspended with no violations?
My account has been "locked" i haven't played in a year or two and i have no violations what so ever i's confused to why my account has been "locked" when i haven't touched the game at all.

I have tried to contact EA but the AI is only leading me to pages that don't help my situation and i can't get ahold of any email or useful information.
YMNIKBYKTA For most locked accounts, you can try resetting your password, and if that doesn't work, you would need to contact EA Support:
