I’ve been playing terribly because of this event in apex legends and I have checked my connection and settings,which's are fine, so all that I could look up to for this problem is the game itself. My games has been laggy and been getting kicked out while facing bugs like getting a different legend than what I wanted to originally picked. Hope they do better on the servers for our connection and fix these issues because this genesis event has been a mess. Still love the game tho.

My router isn’t far away from my computer.

I know your pain man... I have the same problem for like 5 days now all after the event came. I went through live chat with EA like 5 times their "solutions" haven't helped me at all. I can play only one match normally before it starts freezing so hard that I can't even move. The game is just getting worse after every update, I am playing from season 1 so I remember how fun it was before, miss the good old days now its just raging and being mad because the game is unplayable.

I have the same problem as him but I can't use the wire internet because the plug in got burned.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with that, but a wireless connection should always be expected to experience more lag and disconnects than a wired connection. You could try changing the wireless channel your console uses. That may help some. Also, check to see if QoS (Quality of Service) is available on your router. If it is, make sure it's enabled.
