Please don't attach any information about your account here on the forums. We are not able to make changes or remove bans here, so be sure to keep your info secure.
The only team able to review or change a ban would be our Terms of Service team. If you've already completed multiple appeals and they declined to remove a penalty, I'm afraid that would be final and cannot be changed here or through other channels.
But they made a mistake, and I am really sad and angry. I can only watch my account being banned by hackers, and after the ban, I can only watch my EA account being bound to the hacker's Steam account, so I am very sad and disappointed
