MA01fdXwLv3 Considering that the account is still showing up as being banned, you would have to get back into contact with the EA TOS Team regarding the ban not being fully lifted, as bans sadly cannot be helped with on the forums.

Thank you very much, but I not only submitted an application to EA by email, but I also contacted EA's online customer service. After I submitted the complaint, EA handed my problem to the online customer service. After I contacted the online customer service, it said it couldn't solve it. I don't know what to do anymore. Do you have any good solutions? The answer they gave was that my account was not banned. In fact, I didn't see any information about my account being banned in my ban history. But I just can't play the game. When I enter, it tells me that my client account has been banned.
MA01fdXwLv3 Outside of referring you to the EA TOS Team, there's unfortunately not much else I could suggest, (especially when I don't work for EA or for Respawn), as when it comes to bans, that's the EA TOS Team's department.
However, from the sound of things, your EA Account "isn't banned", but your access to the game itself could still be banned, (so you
could try asking the EA TOS Team if there's any bans or suspensions still in place on your account in any way).
As for this question:MA01fdXwLv3 wrote:

Some bans may not appear on your ban history page, (to which I'm not sure why some don't show up).
Regarding the login error, something you could try to do, is to sign out of the EA App, (or out of Steam), and then sign back in, (and it might also help to clear the EA App's, (or Steam's) cache), however, I'm not sure if doing so would resolve the issue.
To clear the cache on the EA App:- Head to the 3 lines in the top left of the EA App, and then click on it
- Hover over "help", and then select "App Recovery"
- Click on the "Clear Cache" button
To clear the cache on Steam:
- Click on "Steam" in the top left corner
- Click on "Settings"
- Click on "Downloads"
- Lastly, scroll down and click on "Clear Download Cache"
Note: If you're using Epic Games, its a lot different, as its download cache is located in "%localappdata%/EpicGamesLauncher/Saved" (without the quotes), in the folder "webcache", (you would just delete the "webcache" folder), but make sure that the Epic Games launcher is fully closed out of before deleting the "webcache" folder.- MA01fdXwLv36 months agoNew Novice
Thank you very much for your help, I will try it now
MA01fdXwLv3 Were you able to get back into the game after relogging and/or clearing the cache?

Thank you very much for your concern. I still cannot log in normally after clearing the cache. At the same time, EA staff replied to me and told me that my account has not been banned, but I still cannot play the game normally. Now I have contacted EA staff by email, and I hope they can find a solution.

any updates this just happened to me
urdxth Are you seeing a ban screen or "one player in queue" when trying to get into a match?
If its a ban screen:

No the ban screen comes up when I'm trying to load in the game

Then yeah, you would have to appeal it with the EA TOS Team:
