Unable to aim down sight, and start the game as my "X" button wont work.

Unable to aim down sight, and start the game as my "X" button wont work. This happened during a ranked game, and haven't been fixed since. Ive restarted and reinstalled my game many times hoping it would fix it, but its as if its embedded within my account now. Please help, Its impossible to play now.
