The account shows that the ban has been lifted but I still can't play the game.

For this it would be best to reach back out to our Terms of Service team and have them review the account for any bans or suspensions.

We are not able to make any changes to your account here on the forums.

Please use these steps so our TOS team can take a look.

However, I think this is a bug and theoretically it shouldn't happen. I have already contacted customer service, and they told me that I don’t have any bans. But I still can't access the game, which makes me very upset because I can't play the new season. I hope there is another way to contact the TOS team so they can review my account again.
If I had other options, I wouldn't be seeking help on the forum.
I really need your help.
