The client failed an anti-cheat backend check.

I've been having been having this issue for about a week or 2 now. Before i wasn't getting this issue and after a while i installed apex once again fresh from my reformatted pc and ive been having this issue since then. I tried reinstalling it and i tried to contact EA advisor for some help but it didnt work sometimes i can play the game for a bit like one match of wildcard then all of the sudden kicks me out of the game after or during another match. Other than the backend check there is also "This profile is not permitted to play online". But i dont have any penalty and when i play apex on another pc or let my friend try it to see if there is an error they dont get one i even tried playing on a fresh account but still i have the same error. Did all the ipconfig things, reinstalled, move drivers, reinstalled EA anti cheat, deleted msi afterburner but still have the same issue. Can anyone help me? its frustrating because i spent money on this game but still have the same issue, i can tolerate the lag sometimes in the game but if i cant play it, its a waste of money.
