The Cross progression didn't transfer a single thing.

Question

Sooo. I play on PC. My second account is on xbox. I got the prompt for Cross Progression.. I clicked OK. It said hold on this will take a second. but literally nothing happened after.. not a single thing transferred from my XBox account. And now I'm unsure what to do. Will unlinking and relinking my xbox account help? is the a customer service or someone that can help me? I have so much money invested in that account. this is a really bummer! ☹️&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hey&nbsp;@STARLiT0&nbsp; This could mean that your account was linked after the 26th Oct. As per information on our website,&nbsp;to prevent exploitation, any secondary Apex Legends accounts created after Oct 26th for the same EA account, will not be eligible to be merged.

Yeah. Its not that then.&nbsp; Cause it most definitely wasn't. In fact I read that. My account was linked long before October 26th. I wish I knew what I'm supposed to do. It sucks when it works for some people and not others. Will support help me at all? Like are they able to check my linked accounts and tell me what happend?&nbsp;
