Trouble at login

Hello, I’m reaching out because my Apex Legends account is currently stuck on the intro/loading screen and will not progress into the main menu. I’ve already tried restarting the game, rebooting my system, and checking my connection, but the issue continues. I don't even know if my cosmetics are still there & i missing out on the new ones.

Could you please review my account and help resolve this so I can access the game again? Thank you.
