Trying to get my account onto my PS5

I don't suppose you just have a second EA account with us without realising? Hopefully that's the case and you can just change the email address on that EA account without needing to unlink, as all of your game progress is stored on the EA account level, so by unlinking and relinking your PlayStation account that progress wouldn't carry over.
