Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear the form still isn’t successfully creating a case.
If you haven’t already, it may be worth trying the following before submitting again:
- Clear your browser cookies/cache.
- Try a different browser or an incognito/private window.
- Temporarily disable any extensions, auto-translate tools, or ad blockers.
- Try again using a different email address if needed.
