MilkSheikW & rnmFS Sorry but bans cannot be handled on the Forums as it can only be handled by the EA TOS Team:

Is there any other way for me to reach out to the TOS team and add the informations I have for them to review ?
MilkSheikW The EA TOS Team should already have all relevant information regarding your ban.

they keep denying my appeal and the other support just keeps telling me to appeal and they will unban me but still not getting anywhere. Support is pretty bad and full of empty promises.
rnmFS If your appeals are being denied, then that does mean that the ban will be upheld.

I guess everyone just needs to file a complaint with the California Attorney General so this gets more attention and people can get unbanned.
rnmFS In EA's User Agreement, it mentions that if an account is found in violation of the rules, the account is subject to moderation.
Quote from EA's User Agreement:
8. Termination and Other Sanctions
If you break this agreement or the law, EA may suspend or terminate your use of our games and services, without refunds.
If we decide to shut down a game or a service, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
You can find the agreement here:
In other words, I don't think you have a legal case to overturn your ban.
Note: I am not a lawyer.

I've also sent a letter to the DPO , Im thinking now about sending an actual physical letter to get the account reviewed .
MilkSheikW I also don't think that the DPO would do anything regarding your ban as EA has the right to ban EA Accounts that EA had determined had broken EA's rules.
Furthermore, sending actual letters to the DPO would yield the same results, (and most likely would be ignored and/or sent back if you send the letter to EA themselves as your ban cannot be handled through letters in the mail).

They can easily see all ip logs to see if it was logged into anywhere else but your city or something.
rnmFS This sadly means nothing as well because a player could of bought a boosting service, got banned, and then went "it wasn't me", (which they would be right, it wasn't them), but they still had let someone log into their account to cheat, so if EA can't determine that the player was actually hacked, then the ban stays in place.
Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn.
