UNABLE TO CONNECT DUE TO ANTI CHEAT FAIL

I know a ton of people hack this game. I have been playing since day 1, I have never seen a reason or purpose to hack any game. My K\D is terrible due to playing against hackers. I would like to know why after attempting to repair installation and even deleting and redownloading the game it is claiming anti cheat has failed when I do not have any software or third party devices. I truly hope this gets fixed soon, I would rather not lose the account I have spent years building up with LEGITIMENT GAME PLAY.
