Unable to Connect on My System
Hi EA Support and community,
I’m looking for help or insight from anyone who might have experienced something similar.
My Apex Legends account was recently unbanned after a successful appeal. EA confirmed the ban was removed and my concerns were valid. However, ever since the unban, I’ve been completely unable to play Apex on my PC.
Here’s what’s happening:
On Steam: Game launches but gets stuck in an infinite loading screen.
On EA App: I get “Unable to connect to EA servers.”
Alt accounts that used to work on this PC also no longer connect.
Things I’ve tried:
Reinstalled Apex (Steam and EA versions)
Reinstalled Easy Anti-Cheat
Cleared DNS and reset network
Tested on a clean Windows user profile
Connected using a mobile hotspot
Disabled antivirus and Windows Firewall
Cleared all Apex/EA/EAC cache and registry entries
Verified game files
I’ve tested this account on another PC and it works fine there. That’s why I suspect my current PC may be restricted or flagged somehow due to the original ban, even though it was lifted.
I’m not asking for account help, just insight into whether there could be any leftover flag on my system or hardware that’s preventing any account from connecting now.
If anyone else has seen this or if EA staff can offer any info, I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks.
