Unable to connect to EA servers

Every time i try to log into apex legends i get to the main menu screen then when i try to log in it says unable to connect to EA servers then it states it could either be my Wi-Fi or the ea servers are down. I know the servers arent down and my wifi is working and I cannot figure out why this issue continues to happen. I have tried multiple methopds to try and resolve the issue but it still continues to not work. I cant find anyone else with this issue so any help is helpful.
