Unable to Matchmake After Each Game on PS5 – Possible Bug?

Hello,

I’m experiencing a persistent issue on the PS5 version of Apex Legends. My connection is wired and stable, and my internet is working perfectly.

However, after finishing each match and returning to the lobby, I can no longer start matchmaking. The only way to fix it temporarily is to either restart the game or return to the main menu. Having to do this after every single match is very frustrating.

Additionally, there are problems with the friend list and party system:

• Friends who are actively playing Apex appear only as “Online,” and I can’t join their game.
• When joining a party, sometimes characters appear blacked out, and I cannot ready up or start matchmaking.

I have already tried:

• Restarting the game
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Apex Legends

These issues persist regardless. I believe this could be a bug on your end.

Please let me know if there is any solution or if this is a known issue. I’d really appreciate your assistance.
