Unable to purchase Apex coins or Battle pass

As the title says, i am unable to purchase apex coins or the ingame battle pass , i'm on EA app, i've tried clearing EA cache but the problem remains. Any solutions to my problem? When i press the button to get the battle pass, nothing happened. when i try to purchase apex coins the first time, i should get the 1st time buyng bonus. when i click the window that i want the bonus dissapears and nothing happenes once again.
