Unfair blocking

I’m sorry to hear you’ve gone through multiple appeals and are still left without a clear resolution.

Unfortunately, we can’t review gameplay footage, background programs, controller firmware, detection data, or account evidence from the forums. We also can’t determine whether the penalty was correct, explain exactly what triggered the “Gameplay Enhancement” action, or escalate an individual case to another review team.

The only team able to review this type of account action is the Terms of Service team through the official appeal process:

If the option to appeal is still available, include any new and relevant information directly in the appeal, such as the controller model and firmware version you were using. You can also scroll to the bottom of the guide and select Contact us if you need help accessing the appeal process.

Since six appeals have already been denied, further submissions containing the same information may result in the same decision. If the appeal option is no longer available, there isn’t another forum-side route we can provide to overturn the action.

I've provided them with all the information I could, but they keep denying my requests. As a result, I've turned to the forum for assistance, as the support team is unable to provide any information.

They don't seem to be trying to understand the situation, and they haven't contacted me in any way. I'm at a loss as to what else I can send them to unlock the account.

The lock screen displays the following message:

"This means using unauthorized methods to increase your in-game performance by removing gameplay restrictions or improving your in-game capabilities (such as improving your weapons, movement, or items)."

In my appeal, I've attached 30 videos of my gameplay, where it's clearly visible that I'm not using any of these methods.

So, what's the outcome? We've verified that you're cheating, and it's great. But where's the justice? Does Apex care about honest players who can pay their bills? Well, So it's time to move on to another game.
