It keeps on saying that I have ReWASD open I don’t have it opened I have restated my pc I have even uninstall rewasd and I still can’t play Apex legends and I need help with that so please if you can help me fix this or you guys can fix it please do and thank you.

If you've already uninstalled reWASD and you're still getting that error, is it possible that you didn't uninstall it properly?
It might be worth trying a clean boot, just in case. Let me know if you still get the error then.
I did the steps but I still have the error whenever I try to play apex.
Community ManagerHmm, ok, so you're still getting the same error with a clean boot? Is it possible that you didn't fully unisntall reWASD and that there are still files/drivers in your PC?
You could also try reinstalling Javelin Anticheat. Sometimes that can help when it's throwing up issues.
