Win7 r5apex.exe Error

Ive been getting errors every 3-5 games, my fps is about 90-130 depending on the area. I know all my drivers are all up to date. Heres 2 errors ive been getting so far

As for my specs
Windows 7
CPU: i5-4690k devils canyon overclocked 4.3ghz watercooled
MOBO: z97 Gaming 5
RAM: 20GBs
Graphics card: GTX 1060GB 6GB overclocked
Again all drivers are up to date.
Hello there i have the same issue and i'm on windows 7 as well.
Usually it happens to me in the beginning or at the end of one game !
At the first days of Apex launch i had no errors, it only appears two days after.
