Wrong Account Linked
For the past few months I have been trying to connect my Nintendo Switch account to my ps5 account but any help provided by EA doesn't seem to work. But then I wanted to try again and found out that my Switch account is connected to a different device. So now I'm not sure what to do and I hope this reaches out to someone.
Switch account username: kingjuan
Playstation5 username: kingjuancena01
Random player username: kingjuangame (not me)
To confirm, It sounds like your PSN and Nintendo platform accounts are linked to different EA accounts. If you want to use both accounts under one EA account for Apex Cross-Progression you will need to unlink one from its EA account to link it to the EA account of the other platform.
Please note, that doing so will not allow you to retain your progress/items as they are stored at an EA account level.
If you believe that one of your platform accounts is linked to an EA account you do not recognize I would recommend reaching out to our support to further investigate. As you would need to use the Nitnedo account login information or launch an EA game on your Switch to get the platform linked to an EA account.
