wrong account merged
I have a ps4 acc and a pc account in which the ps4 acc has much higher level so it should be the one to merge to my pc which is the platform I am playing on but my pc acc merged to my ps4 instead. PLZ help me with this issue I had 2 heirlooms with so many skins they cant just be erased like that. (reposting because nobody seems to answer)
To check did you unlink the PS4 account from its original EA account to link it to the EA account your PC is tied to or link it to your EA account for the first time before Oct 26th?
To confirm the Cross Progression process is automatic for all accounts. Once your account goes through the CP process your Main account will use the Progress from your highest-level account from then on across each platform linked to the EA account.
