I appreciate the help, this is the farthest I've ever gotten in 2 years haha. Makes so much more sense why that happened then. That sucks.... a lot :/

that's the weird part, that's exactly WHAT I did. I made a new Steam account and connected it to the first, older EA account and it worked. That still didn't have my data tho... Is my data just absolutely gone forever then? Just give up the hopium and make a new account from scratch?
mu_meyy Sadly, it sounds like your original Apex progress and data was lost at some point.
Ah. I see. That's definitely what seemed liked happened. I wish there was a proper warning that told you your data would be lost/unlinking means you can't transfer data, seems easy for a multibillion corporation. I guess that's on me to do the proper research first. Thanks for the help at least, I think I can finally just swallow the pill this time haha
