Wrongfull apex ban

Og apex sweat here with around 5000 hours on the game

let me make this as short and as understandable as possible. 
Basically, i used to play this game a lot around the corona outbreak and racked up quite some hours and stats, after some time ive stopped playing it, years pass and i go to one of the internet caffes that my friend opened up and of course i wanted to play the game i was good at. I try to log in and i see that my usual password doesent go trough, so i click forget password and change it, maybe just forgot, try to log in and poof, account suspended, i go to check my mails and there it is a mess, passoword changes, mail changes etc etc etc and at the end, account suspended for cheating… Somehow my main mail didnt get compromised but everything else was…

Go to ea site and i see a mess aswell, a list of customer supports that all leads to my account getting hacked and having multiple people on it.

Thankfully ive gotten everything changed but the steam account of the person that was using my account, contacted ea help and they told me they cannot unlink it because of the apex ban…

Appealed for the ban multiple times now and all i get is the same copy paste message “We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.”

And now i cant play on a account that is basically a part of me… all because of someone that somehow got into my account and cheated, and im pretty sure it will stay that way, but i still have a glimpse of hope i can get it back, i just dont know how.

    Thanks for taking the time to explain your situation and context, and sorry to hear that someone else got into your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to support account-related requests, including ban reviews, here on the forums because we don't have the necessary tools.

    In terms of the Apex account ban, the best course of action at this time would be to continue appealing, as you have been doing, and provide evidence of the account having been hacked in the appeal(s). That way, the ToS team will have more information to work with, on top of the right tools and records, to review your case.

    I see you've gotten most of your account back, but in case you haven't already, please try to go through as many of these security steps as possible to secure your account and contact support to help recover the account in full. Thanks!
