Xbox account data not transferring

Hello, I recently started playing Apex legends again and i would like to play on my old Apex account that was on my xbox, however i had unlinked it and switched it to a different EA account with my steam connected as i am now on PC however, it is not giving my my game data, instead my steam account data, is there any way to switch this or could a support memeber switch it for me as I need to wait 7 months to unlink it the switch it back to my other EA account as it was my brothers email.
