Xbox and PC Cross Progression

Hi,

My main account that I've grinded Apex the most is on Xbox. I recently merged my Steam/PC and Xbox together and the only stuff I am seeing is from my PC account. Everything from the Xbox side is gone (Herlooms, skins from the earliest seasons, my stats, etc.). Does anyone know how t fix this or if there will be a fix??? Kind of crazy that they would keep this feature enabled when they haven't ironed out any major bugs like this yet.

    Hey @joeybutwithair Unfortunately, it is not possible to move progress between different accounts, and if you unlink your Platform account from your EA account that will only reset your progress. 

    There is a warning you need to accept before completing these steps, and we have it explained here on our website. Account Unlinking Risks 

      

    *If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you still can access the account.

  • @EA_Pulsar is there any way I can please get my Xbox account back to how it was? It sounds a little ridiculous that cross progression doesn't mean progress can be moved between different accounts.

    I want my account stats/skins/progress/everything back. Please make this right. 

    I also can't unlink my accounts until June of next year. Can someone on your end help?

    Cross progression only means that you can have your progress across platform accounts linked to the specific EA account. If you have multiple EA accounts, those will have separate progress.

    You can reach out to our support team to see if they can help you link your Xbox account with your original EA account. Unfortunately, since your account has already been unlinked and connected to another account, there is no guarantee that progress will be restored.  

    What are the risks?

    When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress won’t transfer over.

    That means you’ll permanently lose access to:

    • games and game progress
    • DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
    • memberships and subscriptions
    • in-game purchases.

    If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you still can access the account.

  • @EA_Pulsar I only have ONE EA account. The same EA account is connected to my Steam (PC) and Xbox account. I don't know why I would lose everything from progress to unlockables from my Xbox account. It's like nothing transferred over. 

    How can I reach out to your support team for them to fix this? I can't find out how to create a ticket anywhere on the EA website. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm just hoping someone can make this right instead of letting all my progress disappear from a buggy update that shouldn't have been rolled out.
