XBOX ONE : Apex Legends Crashing on Starting Menu
Every time i start up the game i get to the main menu and then my game will crash when i click A to get into the game.
The game doesn’t crash when i’m on a second account only my account.
My account also crashes on a completely separate xbox so i know it can’t be an xbox issue.
I’ve spoken to EA help twice on the phone and once via chat and still no solution?
i’ve also contacted microsoft who have also found no fix?
I’ve tried:
-cleaning the xbox
-deleting the game (twice)
-deleting save files
-deleting account of xbox and signing in again
-power cycle
-switching xboxs
-resetting internet
-resetting mac address
-switching to wired internet/switching to wifi
-trying to launch other EA games (which have worked fine)
Any advice would be amazing as i’ve invested time and money into my account and miss it dearly!
