Hello. You are not alone with this problem. Same here. Game just wont start after splash. but i have RX 9070TX. You are writing about AMD fix?

The AMD fix consists of disabling all optimizations, including “Anti-lag” in the AMD Adrenalin application for the game "Battlefield 2042" in "Gaming" interface (image).

But "exit code: 0x186A1" is normally often caused by conflict application (OC,VPN,AntiVirus...)
