EA support not responding to issue
I have been trying to get a reasonable answer to my problem from EA technical support for several months, but all they do is send an email within 48 hours where they do not give any practical advice ...

Too be fair, I don't think posting on this forum is going to result in a response from EA about getting a refund. Also the chances of getting a refund for all the games you've bought from this company are extremely low.
Having said that, what issues are you having?
Which game?
Are you getting errors?
If so, which ones?
What are your own system specs?
What steps have you tried to resolve this issue?
Hopefully I, or other community member can help you.
