Please remove armoured heavy vehicles from Battle Royale. I am saying this as an infantry player. Tanks/IFVs scale differently in a scenario where a 4-man squad takes on everyone else! Tanks/IFVs work perfectly fine if choppers and jets also chase them... with half of the team on server after them! Also, 2 gunners/spotters in a Tank/IFV scale rapidly lethal to the enemy squad. Where is the rock-paper-scissors mechanic in Battle Royale!?
Ok fine, there are some attempts to balance Tanks/IFVs and miniguns in the transport chopper. Still, players may sabotage a vehicle and ground it. All classes may pick AT rockets and mines, strike them with artillery and aircraft bombing, and call a smoke screen. I think if there is a further need to nerf tanks in BR compared to the main game, it seems TANKs/IFVs may not fit the BR gameplay style. A tank should appear in late mid-game... not late-early game for sure... and be announced somehow.
Instead, I would replace tanks with armoured transport vehicles. Blackhawk might have had 4 seats instead of 2 miniguns and 2 seats for players and a pilot. Miniguns are nerfed compared to base main game in BR... and still potent in 4players + blackhawk vs an unaware 4-man squad on the ground. Add Little Bird, but without the main cannons as additional transport. Players are seatswitching and blazing with miniguns... I am done.
Heavy vehicles do not fit Battle Royale... unless a 5-6 man squad could take on 1 tank.
Battle Royale should cater to all Battle Royale players, not just a narrow and dedicated fanbase/playerbase of Conquest/Breakthrough.
Devs could make an All-out-Warfare 100-player game mode with an area cut out from the original BR map as Free to Play.
