Community Manager
A support/medic is an important role in a team, as long as they fulfill their role.
Most of the times I've encountered situations where most of my team is support (for obvious reasons), but only one player is actually doing what that character was designed for – the rest are just using their incredible abilities/equipment for their own mundane purposes.
When you fall to the ground and ask for help or support, there's little chance anyone (even people running past you) will respond – that's why it's worth having a friend on your team. Unfortunately, in this title, cooperative play and cooperation are very low – players are more concerned with their own results/stats than with the team's actions and efforts in the broader context.
